These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the We Fight Tickets website and services. By using our site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms.
What we do
We Fight Tickets is a parking-ticket assistance service. We review NYC parking and camera tickets, and where appropriate we prepare and submit disputes on your behalf. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Services may be performed by authorized representatives, registered brokers,
No guaranteed outcome
Every ticket is different and outcomes depend on the facts and the city's decision. We do not and cannot guarantee that any ticket will be dismissed or reduced. Prior results do not guarantee future outcomes.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself and your tickets.
- Confirm that you are the vehicle owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Respond promptly when we request additional information needed to handle your matter.
Authorization
By submitting a ticket, you authorize us to review it and, where you direct, to file a dispute on your behalf. Separate authorization is required before we process any payment for you.
Fees
- A processing fee of $2.99 per ticket we dispute.
- 50% of the savings on tickets that are dismissed.
- If a ticket is upheld, you choose: we pay it for you for a fee of $5 per ticket, or we provide the list and you pay it yourself at no charge.
Fees are described on our website and may be updated; the fees that apply are those in effect when you submit a ticket.
Payments
If you authorize us to pay a ticket, you authorize the related charge to your payment method. You are responsible for the underlying fines owed to the city.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Fight Tickets is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the matter giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
