What we believe
Every ticket is an accusation, and the City has to get it right. Signs go missing, meters break, alternate side parking gets suspended, cameras catch the wrong car, and officers make mistakes on the ticket itself. We don't think you should pay for a ticket that shouldn't stand — and we don't think you should have to spend hours fighting it yourself.
How a dispute works
- You send the ticket. A photo of the summons and your plate — through the form, by text, or on WhatsApp at 212-666-1234. You can upload as many photos and documents as you need.
- We review it for free. We check the signs and rules for that block, alternate side parking suspensions, meter and camera records, and every detail on the ticket — plate, state, vehicle, date, time and location.
- We tell you honestly whether it's worth fighting. If it isn't, we'll say so, so you can pay before any late penalties are added.
- We prepare and file the dispute with the NYC Department of Finance and follow it through to a decision.
- You get the result — and if the ticket is found guilty, you choose how it gets paid.

- Plate monitoring: free, for any number of plates
- $2.99 processing fee for each ticket we dispute
- 50% of the savings on any ticket we get dismissed
- If a ticket must be paid: we pay it for a $5 fee, or we send it to you to pay with no fee
