- To contact you about your tickets and to collect any further information we need.
- To process payments when you authorize us to do so.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide the service: for example, with the relevant city agency when filing a dispute, with payment processors when you authorize a payment, and with service providers that help us deliver form submissions and communications. We may disclose information if required by law.
Ticket lookups on our website query New York City's public Open Data records directly from your browser. We do not store the results of those lookups.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it.
